Youth Program- 

Our youth program is geared for kid's 7 years old to 15 years old.  We offer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA (mixed martial arts ) in our kid's program.  We teach a mix of Jiu Jitsu for self defense and tournament Jiu Jitsu.  Competition teams are available.

Jiu Jitsu - Utilizes leverage and superior position control.  This class teaches takedowns, position control, escapes, and submissions through chokes and joint manipulation.  Great for self defense.

MMA- Mixed Martial Arts-  This is a mostly striking class.  Utilizes Boxing, Kickboxing, Wrestling and Jiu Jitsu.  All of our sparring is moderate contact to the body and no strikes to the head.

PeeWee Jiu Jitsu-

Our peewees Jiu Jitsu class is a beginner class for kids 3 years to 6 years old.  We teach the basics of Jiu Jitsu positions and control.  The focus of this class is to teach kids how to train and be coached.
